- To reach you by telephone or e-mail if this is necessary to perform the service;

- To create aggregated statistical data and website behaviour which we may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Vows & Vibes Events bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende categorieën van persoonsgegevens:
- Persoonsgegevens betreffende opdrachtgever en onderaannemers: tot 7 jaar na het huwelijk om aan de eisen van de belastingdienst te voldoen.
- Persoonsgegevens betreffende gasten: tot 1 jaar na het huwelijk

Vows & Vibes Events does not sell your personal data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the implementation of the agreed services and/or to comply with legal obligations. The wedding script is only shared with those who work at the marriage and need it to properly carry out their work.

Vows & Vibes Events uses cookies on its website, which is exclusively intended for the technical functionality of the website, so that the website works properly, can be optimized and your preferred settings can be remembered. Cookies are used for measurement, ads and optimization.

We advise you to black out your passport photo, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport, the passport number and the citizen service number on this copy to protect your privacy.
